It has 2828 square feet of luxury accommodation which will exceed all of your requirements for a luxurious vacation. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout to ensure that guests relax and unwind in comfortable temperatures.
Our two-story villa is situated in a quiet enclave of homes and ours has the prime location on the lakefront of Lake Berkley.
The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you should need to
make your holiday as relaxing as possible. It is spotlessly clean and
well-maintained.
The accommodation
boasts two living areas, a dining area, a
fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a privately screened 6ft deep heated
outdoor pool with a large deck area, an outdoor jacuzzi spa, Gas BBQ, 2 master bedrooms with en-suite, 3 queen sized bedrooms with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with en-suite. The furniture within the Villa is of top
quality to ensure guest comfort at all times. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions.
WiFi is available at no extra charge and the garage has been fully converted into a games room with a pool table and a playstation 3.
